Regarding our Return Policies and Right of Withdrawal:

Right of Withdrawal
Following §§ 355,356 BGB, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without specification of reasons within 14 days. The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days, starting on the day the goods are received.
For honoration of the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send a declaration that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before the end of the 14-day return period.

Consequences of Withdrawal
Should you withdraw from this contact, we will return the sum received from you (including postage costs) within 14 days, counting from the day that your announcement of withdrawal was first received by us. We do not cover costs for return postage. For restitution, we will use the same means of payments employed by you for your initial transaction. In no events will any charges be made for this refund.

Cost for shipping and handling is based on current prices from the German Post (Deutsche Post), and totals to a fee of 1,00 Euro for shipping and handling.

Ordered CD's will be dispatched as soon as the due fee has been received on the designated bank account. A receipt will be included in the shipment.
